Quirky RM issue

I've been having an issue with RM recently, for some reason the Functions and External Functions tabs keep becoming un-selectable. I have to shut down RM and start it up again to get into those tabs.

Let me know what you need from me to investigate this.

I just re-installed Java and it seems to have fixed the issue.
