Adding file associations in Windows 10

Post by 120240VAC60HZ »

How do I get the *.RMIR and *.RMDU files to open with the correct portion of Remote Master on double click?

I am using Windows 10. I tried the Setup.VBS file and that did not work.

The java program is in C:\Program Files (x86) and the Remote Master files are on another drive on my computer as the C:\ drive is a SSD so I do not want it there.

I found a program called "FileTypesMan" but I don't know the correct command line to enter

Thanks

I found the problem why the Setup.vbs did not work. It was Avast thinking the file was a virus, I added it to the exception list and reran the file and proper associations were made
