Problem - Error during Downloading or Saving into bin

Good morning,
I am having a problem downloading after uploading.


Steps:
- start RMIR
- load Settings.bin
- File-> Save As (simpleset)
Get Error
WriteRemote returned -1
Or
- start RMIR
- Download from Remote
- Upload to the Remote
- Download from Remote
Error

I also saved the Download raw 2612.ir

My remote is a 6440.
