Bound to happen sooner or later
My elderly mothers lg tv remote
interferes with the apex dvd player.
tv volume activates chapter repeat
time for new dvd player

You can get DVD players for about $5 at thrift stores these days, so shouldn't be a problem.

If the LG is old that it uses the Zenith tv code, it will interfere with a lot of components.

not sure on age of equipment both are in the range of four to ten years old
I will have to remember the zenith code problem That is a very good tip
