Nothing is ever removed from RMIR so yes, it is all there. But to get all the learned signal features of RMIR, you need to set some options. Go to the menu Options > Advanced and turn on "Learned Signal Timing Analysis" by selecting it. You may also want to select "Learn to Upgrade Conversion". Note that the menu is the one under Options, not the separate menu item also named Advanced.
