the S1006 control is only compatible with the S1007, the S1005 control does not work on the S1006

Can't help I'm afraid. I get the IR codes from the Logitech Harmony IR Database and neither the 1006 or the 1007 are in there,

I have the physical control, is it possible to extract the .bin code from it? or the receiver?
