Help with new upgrade from learned signals

Please can someone with a bit of experience glance at my files please.

Its been a while since I have done this so am a bit out of the loop. I have a new android box and want to create a device upgrade from the learned signals. However I cannot get my URC 7962 remote to send a signal from the upgrade so something is wrong. Can I have a suggestion as to what I have done wrong please?

You've given the new upgrade the setup code 8281. The URC-7962 can only accept setup codes of 4095 or less.
