bin for decoders ican 5000t (and telesystem ts8000)

Hello,
in the past i used a slingbox 500 connected to mysky (dish ver.) and for more then 1 year, I had no problem with it.

now, even if i didn't want, i had to switch to a cable box, but i can't find a setup that work for my new set top box.

been posted in china for the next few years, i would really like to watch some our tv, and it's impossible if i don't find a way to control remotely the set top box.

This morning i bought a telesystem ts8000 and i tried all configuration possible but they didn't work, not even a single button.
So i went back to the store and i changed it for the iCan 5000T, but same results.

Can you suggest a bin file that i can try next week with the iCan 5000T, or if you have something that for sure it will work with TS8000 i can buy it again (not something i'd like to do, because i can't give back the iCan 5000, but if it's necessary.....)

Have you tried the Telesystem remotes in the File Section ?

yes i did, but unfortunately i can't say that i did it properly because i was not aware of the meaning of the first letter of the name file.

Now i send it back so i can only try the decoder "iCan 5000t ", but as i said if someone know for sure that a certain file will work with telesystem ts8000, i will buy it again.

It appears that the iCan models are made by ADB. I can find nothing related to the 5000T but in the File Section there are ones for the 2000 & 4000 so I suggest you try both of them. The installation instructions are a bit out-of-date so use the ones at http://www.rmrsoft.com/how_to_install_a ... ngbox.html

i found just this one ( https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=13573 ) and it works enough to use it.

naturally the shape of the remote control is different and not all buttons works, but as i said it works almost everything.
