OARUSB04G Extender v1.04 [SOLVED: low batteries]

Post by HamburgerHelper1 »

I could not find this info in the pdf included with the extender so i will ask.
I am watching tv and if i push a button like change channel or change volume
The tv device button blinks 5 times pushing any button causes the tv button to blink 5 or 6 times
If I am in dvd mode and adjust volume tv blinks once and dvd blinks 5 times
I am using a sony 12/15/20 combo tv upgrade if that makes a difference
If anyone can shed some light on this I would appreciate it
Thanks

That's usually the low battery warning.

Yep I thought of batteries so with a new package I went through
3 sets of batteries and the last set solved the problem.
I must have gotten a bad batch of batteries.
Of course they were on sale so now I know why
