I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access the shift keys so that i can expand my keys on a device. I've tried the magic button, the ESC/Light button...

Anyone know?

Did you know that on an unextended remote you need to press the shift key 2x to get to access shifted numbers? My guess is the magic button is your shift key.

That 2x is only for shifted numbers, other buttons only need 1x. The remote interprets a shift followed by a number to be sending an efc.
