Taiwan Optical STB model stb-3000d
Hi,
I am request and see if you can help me with remote bin code.
I am currently using slingbox pro-hd
the cable provider is Taiwan Optical and the STB model is stb-3000d
I can't find the specific manufacture, however, looking at the mac address from the box, it looks like it was made by Dalian Daxian Network.
Thank you

I google and found that the cable provider is called top tv in English.
Searching logitech database but I cannot find any entry for toptv.
With my android lg g3 smartphone with ir blaster build-in, I download an app called sure remote. I was able to find an entry called toptv, which has only one device. I hope it is the one.

It uses nec1 and 0.
BTW, android phone with ir blaster is a good supplement to harmony remote.
It provides many other remotes within reach in addition to harmony.
I recommend anymote app, which provides the capability to search remote by brand and model.
I do recommend forum expert like alanrichey to get one for his next smartphone, providing with the budget. ^_^
