NEED REMOTE CONTROL FOR CISCO EXPLORER 9865HDC DVR

I couldn't get my Slingbox 500 to connect to my new Cisco Explorer 9865HDC DVR which I have through Cox Cable. Slingbox technical support tried using remote control 8642HDC, but did not work. Help please.

Wrong forum I'm afraid. This forum deals only with producing Custom Remotes, and I can confirm that the 8642HDC will work with the 9865 so a new remote will not help Therefore you have another problem unrelated to the remote.
