NetGem 7700 remote

Hi

I've got a new cabelbox NetGem 7700. I have read that the NetGem 7600 match the NetGem 7700 and it works almost perfect.

When I use the arrow's (Up, Down, Right, Left) on the remote it jumps 2 times. This is a bit of a problem when I am in the menu.

Can anyome make a change so it will work?
I will of course give feedback afterwards.
