Post a generated one and a learned one and Jon or I will tell you what aspect of the difference matters. (IR signals can have lots of differences that look significant but aren't).
Also, have you tried to use the code you generated or just looking at the timing? The pevious genrated code looked perfect you just hadn't entered device=1
