Slingbox remote for LG type SH940C-LN

Dear all geniuses,

I need help to configure remote for Cable TV decoder LG type SH940C-LN bin file. I can't find any on this forum. Does anyone have any suggestion or maybe generic remote as long as I can change the channel remotely

Thank you for your help. Much appreciate greatly, sorry for didn't say any words, I didn't have a chance to check my custom .bin until now, because the decoder is on other houses. I will check and let you know the result ASAP

You don't need to be at the Slingbox location, you can test it from a remote location.

I understand, i've done it before with other decoder, it can be setup remotely, but I have another problem. It keeps disconnecting, and pop up message appear during setup video and remote, it says poor internet connection. But when I browse other website it's ok. I think i have to restart everything the modem, router etc

this problem arise recently, until i can resolve my internet connection then I can try your custom remote. This pop up message keep coming during setup process. I don't know why it keep disconnecting my local connection.

Finally, the problem fixed, I need to use my slingplayer remote to get it started via TV. Then I go to my laptop: Set the HDMI configuration and Custom remote, thanks to genius Alanrichey The LG remote works like a charm

Good, glad you are sorted. I gave up on you a long time ago, I'll have to try and find the working files.

Eric, could you save Alan the trouble of looking for the files by re-loading the files that you tested yourself please.
