No 'Last' or 'Previous Channel' button on Entone Remote

The remote that comes with the STB from my cable company does not have a 'Last' or 'Previous Channel' button.
The Remote is Entone with a code number of: URC-4021ABC1-003-R

What are my options?

Can this remote be reprogrammed to use one of the color buttons as a 'last' button?
What remote can I replace it wit that has the 'Last' or 'Previous Channel' button feature?
