This post is of limited interest to most people but is important for anyone who build Slingbox remotes using RemoteMaster.

Ever since the default remote was built there has been a bug present in that the Skip+ and Skip- (Advance/Replay) buttons (either side of the Record button) were inaccessible and could not be used. At long last Sling have fixed the bug and we have agreed they should be allocated the codes 81 & 82 (previously Custom 28 & 29).

They also fixed the bug that disabled the colour buttons if you selected Miscellaneous as the device type, but that really only affects my installation instructions.
