Hi,

I have Slingbox M2 and would appreciate if someone can provide me with
the binary file of HUMAX HD-Mini .

Couldn't track down this device on the Logitech Harmony IR database but it offered the HD-Nano as an alternative. This uses the same codes as a large number of Humax boxes which I would assume you have already tried ? In particular the Custom Remote for the Humax IR-FOX C in the File Section should work.
