Probably NOT

You need a UEI remote that does keymoves. UEI remotes come in many flavors. On this website we are most interested in the remotes that we can modify work better with our tools. Generically we call these JP1 remotes, because of a label found on the first hackable remotes but now include JP1.x, USB and CommHid remotes as well. UEI has some cheaper lines that also do keymoves.

Here is a list of JP1 remotes, note there is

The Sky is closer but won't work because it has no button labeled SETUP.

Only one Vizio model will work, the VUR-8, not the one you posted.

Search for One-for-all brand.

Both of these from your list should work:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/181593128422
http://www.ebay.com/itm/121432994098

Use TV code 0178. The EFC for EZ Menu probably 00167, 00168, 00004, 00229 or 00171.

EDIT: Per Zaphod's post below, there are some NEC2 or 4 DEV combos with Device 4 and a variable subdevice we can try after you get the remote and a setup code list (TV 1993 or DVD 1526). Well have to calculate the EFC for you when the time comes.

Which projector is it? If it's the 1500 then it probably uses the same codes as the USA version and some other LG PJs. 00168 is probably the EFC for the "Quick Menu" (as it's called on the US versions) but the format is NEC1, device 4, subdevice 15, which may not be built in and you might require a device upgrade.

There are a number of discrete commands that will work that can be found in the LG master file that can be found in the file section. Danger! note there is a command called power-only that puts the set into a factory mode of some sort that may mess it up badly.
