please help with vu+ solo2

Hi I need the vu+ solo2 bin for my slingbox 500 y try all vu+'s bins but the only one works is vu+ ultimo but with out volume buttons and info button.
if somebody helpme for make a vu+ solo2 bin or modify vu+ ultimo bin with volume and info button for works with solo2.

The reason the Info button is not there is that I get all the codes from the Logitech Harmony IR Database and none of the VU+ models on the database have an info function defined. So the only solution is to try and find the code by trial and error. Basically it is somewhere between 0-255 and so far about 30 have been used (I am assuming that none of the Custom buttons carry out this function. So as a first try install the BIN file at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12574

Now, the ONLY button that is correct is the Power button so you can test it during the install. The other buttons send the first set of unused codes. So test EVERY button, including the 15 Custom Buttons you get when you right click on the image and select Image, and let me know what each one does.

hi alan I try the bin but not works.
I try all custom buttons but nothing, I think is incorrect model data base.
and you are right the info button never used is the guide button.
the bin of vu+ ultimo works but volume buttons are missing

OK, I'm confused now. Are you saying you still need to find the info code or that the Guide button sends that function?

yes the guide button send that function the only thing is map volume buttons to page buttons.
and I use the vu+ ultimo bin from download section.
and I try all custom buttons from that bin for try to find volumen buttons but nothing

No you won't. The absence of the Volume buttons was a conscious decision by Sling Media as they could see no reason why anyone should ever want to change the Volume on their device. That is why there are are no volume buttons on the default remote image and if you have a realistic remote image that does has Volume buttons they hijack those and use them to control the Slingplayer.

I suspect they were right as to my knowledge you are one of only two people in the world who wants the Volume functions on your remote, so I assume you have a good reason

So again I have built you a one-off control that maps the Volume functions to the Page+/- buttons and also added the Guide function to the Info button.

It's in the File Section. Did you not check there ?
