Addition information on using my combined Media Center and XBOX upgrade

http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12315

Xbox discrete off OBC 41 is PC wake
Xbox discrete on OBC 42 is PC sleep

In other words if using the same upgrade for a Xbox and a PC the
command to turn on the Xbox causes the PC to sleep.

The command to turn off the Xbox causes the PC to resume from sleep if
the IR receiver has power.

Xbox “OK” OBC 34 is also previous channel which watching TV on both
media center PCs and Xbox extender.

OBC 43 which is not in the upgrade causes a closed caption menu to be
displayed. However, from this menu different keys are required to turn CC
on or off.

To toggle between CC1 and CC off in Media Center I currently use

Info, P0.1, Left, P0.1, OK, P0.1, Exit

P0.1 is a one tenth second pause

No pauses are required if you are not using and extender

For Xbox I am currently using a one second pause after “Info” and two
tenths of a second pause after “Left” and “OK”

If you google

windows-media-center-rc-ir-collection-green-button-specification

You will find a PDF file that has descriptions and OBC numbers for many Media Center commands.

Your CC is awfully long. Mine is only 3 commands.
