I have downloaded the custom code for Asus HDP-R1 here:
https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=7859
When I apply this, the file works but all of the button presses send the IR code twice. This is not a problem for buttons like POWER because the device is not fast enough to respond to the power button twice... but for navigating UP and DOWN arrow keys, it always jumps/skips entries.
The file above also comes with the Asus HDP-R1.rmdu file which I understand is a source file used for compiling into a .bin. I downloaded RemoteMaster, and followed the "Getting Started" section at http://controlremote.sourceforge.net/Readme.html
I then tried to compile the source (which I believe is just Export binary option) which made the .bin file for me. My compiled .bin also sends IR codes twice.
Im not sure why this is occurring. Any ideas for this newb?

I am sorry for posting this. Of course, after I post the problem, I go and search the forums and I found this thread:
https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=14845
It describes the problem of repeated IR signals.
I simply downloaded the Non-repeat Protocols, and appended them to my protocols.ini. I then selected the non-repeat protocol in RemoteMaster, exported my .bin and problem solved!

I tried this file and it doesn't work with my HDR-R1. Also, it refers a Slingbox and not an Asus.
Are the files correct?
