Technomate TM Nano bin codes request

I have 2 Solos , one attached to a Goodmans GDB18FVZS2 and the bin codes works fine, however I have tested all the Technomate from the list without success

Do you have a proper Model number ? TM Nano is not showing up on the Logitech Harmony IR database.
