I think you mean DSI 22via ?

Unfortunately these boxes use a Thomson-specific IR Protocol (no real surprise) that I have never managed to get to work. I'm not convinced the executor we have is correct although we have checked it a few times.

Anyway, give it a try: https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12907

Hi Alan!
Thank you for your swift reply! most of the options are working , they only issue and we were wondering if its possible to configure is the
"Menu" button as it seems that it doesn't work at all and the subtitles are available within the menu > can we do anything about this?
We thank you for your support!

And thanks for the swift feedback, makes a pleasant change. And it's great to find a working Thomson remote.

No quick answer on the Menu. I get the IR Codes off the Logitech Harmony IR Database and I have confirmed the code for the Menu function on both boxes is 62 and that is what I have programmed. Unless you have access to a Logitech Harmony of the right model, the option has to be trial and error. Not as daunting as it sounds if you want to give it a go ?

Sorry, butting in here. Code 62 refers to the code that is being sent by the button labeled "menu". You don't have to enter 62.

The Setup button in this upgrade is assigned Code 76. Other upgrades have that associated with the menu button. Try the setup button. Does it pull up the menu?
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

No it's easy: I've mapped them to the Page+/- buttons.

And Vicky was right, it was the Setup function.

But you 'found' Custom 11 & 12 ? Surely you read the instructions ? That tells you that Custom 11 was setup and Custom 12 was teletext :D
