i m trying to understand whi my remote is acting in a strange way...

i have added a device (vu+ duo) and is working perfectly
but when i press the MENU button many keys are not working anymore
to have it working again i have to press device button (in my case SAT) and then
the key i want to use

for example... i want to enter menu and press ok i can't
i have to press menu, then press SAT and then ok (cause ok isnt working after pressing menu)

this is my configuration

There is MENU mode in URC-7560.
When you enter it (by pressnig MENU button) MUTE button is OK button, and AV is EXIT.

c/p from manual:
Code:
Important notes:
- To exit out of Menu, simply press the Menu key again.

-  If on the original remote control you had to press an ”Exit” key
to exit the Menu, this function may be found on the AV key
during Menu control.

- Menu will cancel automatically if a key is not pressed within 20
seconds.

-  If your orginal remote required you to press an “OK” or “ENTER”
key, this function can be found under the Mute key during Menu
control.

Or you can cancel menu mode by programming the same function on MUTE and OK buttons, and the same function on AV and EXIT buttons.
