Custom option disappeared from remote selection menu

Hi All

Last week I had to reset my slingbox and when I did try to re-configure the custom remote I found that the Custom option dissapeared from the menu (when the custom remote is based on a listed remote) (Cable > RCN > Custom > ...).
Finally i could to configure the slingbox, using the windows app (the old one), but, Does anyone know if there is another alternative? because i have another slingbox (the 500 one) but the old slingplayer app is not compatible with these model.

For some reason you have to register on this site before the Download button appears. Not sure when this happened.
