.NET DecodeIR.dll wrapper

I'm writing a plugin for our guiDesigner software over at CommandFusion. This plugin would make it easy for our users to convert various IR code formats into a 'learned' CCF code ready for use by the many types of IR transmitter devices that support it.

The source code for the .dll is above my coding abilities, and was wondering if there was any chance of a .NET DLL wrapper that we can use in VB.NET to take advantage of the huge amount of work put in by the various people behind the DecodeIR.dll library.

Willing to pay for it, as it would be used in a commercial product (our guiDesigner software is actually free, but our iPhone/iPad software is not free for commercial use)

I'd love to be able to be able to make use of DecodeIR.dll from within a Homeseer plugin.
