help with cloud ibox remote

please I need help for cloud ibox bin because no volume options in that bin.
so I need if somebody add volume options on the bin.

thanks alan channel +/- works, but I need the volume +/- because I cant change the real volume of my receiver.

As I said, I mapped the Volume codes to the Page+/- buttons. Do they not work ?

nop alan i see the new buttons mapped but when I press, channel change but no volume.
I think the ir codes for volume its not included in the remote.

Why do you keep talking about the Ch+/- buttons ? I don't see the relevance ?

What Slingbox are you using ? If it is a 350/500 then see http://answers.slingbox.com/thread/26433?tstart=0

Could explain your problem.

ok the problem is when I leave home and watch remotly my cloud ibox with slingbox i cant change the volume of my cloud.
for example if leave my cloud ibox in 20% of volume i try watch remotly with my phone no maters if my phone stay 100 i ear to slow.
and i try volume buttons but only moe the volume of my cell and not of my receiver.
i try all buttons of the remote control like cross left and right and nothing.
when press cross right or left canel changes or cross up or down appear channel list and when i press channel +/- channels changes also.

Wow, you are difficult to get through to !! I have told you twice now that I have mapped the Volume controls to the Page+/- buttons, yet you continue to talk about pressing the arrow buttons and the Channel buttons.

WILL YOU PLEASE TRY THE PAGE +/ PAGE - BUTTONS AND NO OTHERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, if you are using the Slingbox 500 you should be aware that there is a bug that stops the overwriting of a Custom Remote unless you Reset ALL 3 inputs before you install the remote.
