hello people I come here a last attempt to retrieve my old man urc7550 B01.
Well basically it does nothing when I hit a key the only thing it does is light the led tv 2 times when I insert batteries.

the only thing I saw that he was doing the flashing light on and off when the unit was alone for a long time and kind when you switch to another device past a bit does the same, he must have been crazy.

already tried it for a week without batteries and various types of batteries and I've seen do not have any button stuck. did 3 upgrades for a lg tv and cassette player and a media center for imon.pad.
I have Windows 7 32bit and IR803 RM2.02
parallel cable diy that was a bummer to be working
but it works and I can make downloads and uploads.
Here's a link to the original file had problems, but now with the updates it got worse.

Does he have a chance?
Can help me.

What language are you translating from?
I got something about your dad being crazy but haven't been able to follow much about what you are talking about.

It does sound like your batteries are nearly dead.

I think the batteries need to be tested. Everything you said, sounds like bad batteries, new or not. Check them.

If they test okay, you can do a manufacturers reset.
Test the batteries first

Don't make a new image in RM. Reset remote first, then download into RM and start adding your upgrades, keymoves and macros to that.

Realize also that your remote is 15 years old. So it may be time for a new one.
