Not sure I can help. I installed the Apple TV on my Harmony Universal Remote and I am seeing some very wierd results. Most of the buttons are decoding with the Apple IR Protocol, as expected, but the Rewind/Ffwd/Stop buttons are decoding as NEC1-F16.
There are quite a few files in the File Section, but some have just up/down/left/right/select, others have just Play/Pause/Rewind/Ffwd/Stop, so I am rather confused as to what the BIN file should contain ?

Hi Alan, Apple signals are very NEC like. So its not surprising that an Apple decodes as a Nec f... code.
There are only 6 buttons on the OEM remote. Up/down/left, right ok and menu
cimburel what isn't working about the OK/Select.
Do we need a long press and a short press?
I'm unfamiliar with the operation of an appletv. What exactly needs to be done to get this to work the way it works when you use the OEM remote.

Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
