Can you please help me to create the custom remote control bin file for Fresh Com cable TV box. On the box there is no model number just name Fresh Com. Please help me or guide me how can I create or make sling box PRO HD learn my remote control.

Most unlikely I can help you without a Manufacturer and Model Number (a Google search for 'Fresh Com' doesn't bring up anything relevant).

Again thanks for the prompt reply. One last thing. There are other place shifting devices lie vulkano and belkin do you recommend to try these as they could have better remote learning capabilities ?
