I have just lowered my prices on my simple cable interface to just $14. I have also lowered the price of my simple JP1 kit to just $9. Has anyone ordered a cable from Hovis Direct lately? I ordered and the paypal went thru but haven't heard anything and no response to email. Just checking?

Yeah.. I got mine just a few days ago.. I would say it took 10 days or so between order and it's arrival at doorstep.

Thanks, I was figured I was ok but I'm more used to the ebay model where you have communication with the seller right away.

Last November got mine in 4 days from Tom at jp1@filebug.com.

Ordered by e-mail from here in the UK on Friday , immediate response and arrived in my mailbox the following Tuesday.

The post office is a funny thing. I sent some parts to Richard that took about 2 weeks to get there, then I sent an EEPROM to someone in Ireland and it only took 4 days to get there. Go figure!

Is HovisDirect.com still accepting order? I have ordered and paid a week ago and after sending two email to inquire about the order, I have yet to receive any reply?
How can I get my money back if they stop operation?

I just ordered from them no more than 2 weeks ago and received the JP1 in the mail. I don't know about email response time, I never had to email them. Postal mail can be slow, I'd keep emailing and give the post office a few more days.

receive my ordered parts. Tried to email Richard Hovis twice

If anyone has any problems with service from my company please let me know. I WILL take care of ANY issue that arise. I don't have the ability to check my e-mail as often as I used to but I do answer all e-mails. For those who have any issues please let me know and I will take care of the issues. I will research the two above posts immediately and hopefully resolve them ASAP. I normally ship via USPS unless I discuss it with the buyer before hand so shipping can take a few days for west coast orders.

Romain nilles paid by money order from europe. So it took a few days to get the money in the first place. I tried to e-mail romain nilles but I got a return to sender of every e-mail. I had no other means to contact. I will try again to e-mail. If you have another e-mail address romain nilles please send me a line.

UPDATE:
I've e-mailed Roamin and I am re-shipping out his order.

Chin Phua paid via e-check so I had to wait until paypal cleared the check which was onthe 2-23-04 I shipped out that day. He should have his cable any day. That's why he dosen't have his cable yet. Customer service is a priority.

I've asked him to update the info here but it's been several days and no new message. I put customer service first in my business. No body sells more jp1 cables than HovisDirect.com .
