How do I select urc7950 in keymap-master (version 9.22)? The urc7950 has an rdf for ir.exe so I figured that it must be defined in keymap-master. What am I missing?
Thanks.

KM has to be hard coded to support various remotes. RM works off the RDF. apparently KM wasn't coded for this remote.
I haven't seen Mike around for a long time but if you can' t use RM you might want to add request for support in the KM announcement thread.

Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

If you have a fairly recent computer that is capable of virtualization, one solution is to create a virtual machine and install what you need in that machine. It can run "inside" your current, physical machine and JAVA will not be installed in it. Investigate VirtualBox.I was trying to avoid Rm since I preferred for security reasons to avoid enabling java on my pc.
Thanks, great idea. Appreciate it.pH7_jp1 wrote:If you have a fairly recent computer that is capable of virtualization, one solution is to create a virtual machine and install what you need in that machine.
