I assume you mean 3 digit EFC numbers and you already found the four digit setup code, probably VCR/0864 (otherwise which setup code are you using?)

If it's the same code set the OBC numbers are listed here

To translate those to EFC numbers, follow the instructions here

He also asked me this same question via email and in it he states the remote he wants to use. It's not even an OFA remote.
