Schematic for JP1.x to JP1 adapter?

I have an old JP1 Eeprom remote, and a JP1.2/1.3 USB cable, so I need a JP1.x to JP1 adapter.
I´d prefer to build that adapter myself. Is there a schematic available for this adapter?

Leider keinen in Berlin.
