The Sony RDR series all seem to use the same codes. What happened when you tried the two Sony RDR Custom Remotes in the File Section ?

it works for the most part, but dont have the button to switch from digital to analog tuner, and dont have the - mark to tune in to digital channels and also it has to be able to press enter (not OK button) there is a button is called enter, after i enter the number i have to confirm it with this in order to change the channel.
thank you alan.

OK, I have loaded that specific model onto my Harmony remote and I have the code for the Digital/Analog function. Which button do you want it mapped to ? (One of the colour buttons?)

Unfortunately there is no function called '-' and also no 'Enter' function. Although there is a 'Set' function, might that be it ?

No, you misunderstand. Because I don't have access to your remote I install the device on my Logitech Harmony universal remote and use that to analyse the signals. All I want from you is the answer to those questions:

1. Which button do you want to action the Digital/Analog ?

2. Might the 'set' function be equivalent to your 'Enter' or is there another button on you remote for thatf unction?

OK, we are going around in circles here, you don't seem to be reading my posts, and you are not answering my questions. Maybe I am not making myself clear? Let's try another way.....

My first question was : 1. Which button do you want to action the Digital/Analog ?

I need an answer along the lines of:

" I would like the Digital/Analog function to be mapped to the Red button on the remote"...

My second question was: 2. Might the 'Set' function be equivalent to your 'Enter' or is there another button on you remote for that function?

I need one of these 3 answers:

a. It might be the same as there is no 'Set' button on my remote
b. Yes the 'Enter' and 'Set' functions are the same thing
c. No, there are both 'Enter' and 'set' buttons on my remote.

which is it ?

And I stated specifically I cannot find the code for the '-' function so I don't understand why you keep asking for it. I don't have it !!!

So please try again with a relevant reply.

i am very sorry alan.

my remote has the digital/analog button so yes we can map that to the red button. and my remote has the set button and is not the same as the enter button and yes can be mapped at the other button. and the enter button is working fine on the existing remote file. enter and set are not the same on my original remote.
both digital/analog and set button can be mapped if we can, if not i cant thank you enough for responding to me.
thanks again alan.
