List confused me at first-- shouldn't WI be on that list?

And, while DC certainly wants to be, the only state they're currently in is the state of taxation w/o representation.

Well, he said not to ask.. But one would assume it has to do with politics

I do think it is a shame to blame the JP1 members for something out of their control, but I don't make the rules.

I would say "a shame" is a giant understatement.

I was hoping that Tommy would have withdrawn that by now himself, but as he hasn't, I have just deleted that section from the original post and will write to him offline about it. I won't tolerate that sort of discrimination here.
