Screenplay DX help
Hi, I am trying to set up a remote control for my Iomega Screenplay DX to use with my sling.
I tried to use an Iomea ScreenPlay Pro bin that I found on this forum but none of the keys worked. Randomly trying other devices hasn't gotten me a single button to work so far.
I have a logitech harmony one that controls the Screenplay DX fine - but I don't know how I could get the settings from that. In the harmony app it is called, Iomega SCREENPLAY DX HD MEDIA PLAYER
thanks in advance if you can help

thanks again for your help. In the ReadMe(DVR).txt file that I downloaded it didn't have that line. On my mac I cannot get a right click to register on the remote for the additional buttons - I will try again when I'm on a windows machine tomorrow. For now I have just turned global subtitles off, which is fine for 95% of the time. thanks againalanrichey wrote:Quote from the instructions:![]()

Actually I took that quote directly from the Readme(DVR).txt file in the download link so I can assure you it really was there
I don't know anything about the Mac, but I am a bit surprised that right-clicking did not work as I have used that Readme file for years and no Mac owner has mentioned that before. I know if you run the standalone desktop player that you can access them through the menu structure so you might want to try that. The download link is DEFINATELY in the instructions

Does your mac mouse have a right click button? Many Macs have a 1-button mouse. If you have a 1-button mouse, you can still right click by holding the CTRL button down and then clicking the mouse.
