|

I have this Neulion TV2000 IPTV box I'm trying to get working with a Vulkano. When you're on the STB's EPG, it interprets two identical digits (e.g. 11) as 3 identical digits. Increasing the spacing between adjacent digits just eventually winds up dropping a key.
I looked at the actual STB remote's IR out using IR Widget and IR Scope, and it puts out 1 or 2 repeats. Vulkano consistently puts out 2 repeats which I'd like to see if I could make that less. But I have no idea how to do this. I looked at protocols.ini but nothing really jumped out at me as obvious.
I also tried the same code set (RMDU) with NEC2 protocol - and it worked fine OTHER THAN it has the exact same problem.
Any clues? Appreciated.
Thanks,

We've made repeat adjustments to several executors to for the slingbox including the Nec1. Alanrichey posted his protocol ini tweaks. You'll probably want these for the vulcano too.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

Thanks a bunch Vicky! I found the "NEC No repeats" protocol and it fixed the issue.
