remote control BIN for Jepssen ST-4 HD

Post by mbaruzzo »

hi all!
since betaremotes website is down I cannot "teach" my almost "uknown" satellite receiver, the remote control codes.
I was wondering if someone can help with the .bin to upload on my slingbox solo.
model is JEPSSEN ST-4 HD:

Thanks in advance

I couldn't find the ST-4 HD, closest I could get was the JST-1. That uses similar codes to the Technomate 500 at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=8235

Does the Power button and number buttons for that one work ?

Unfortunately the file you provided doesn't work :(
I've tried all the buttons but no luck.
I have to give up then?

thanks

If you can somehow get it onto the Logitech Harmony database I could do it. Do you know anyone with a Harmony Remote Control. Otherwise you can do it yourself:

They can use it to learn your device and then put it into to my 'spare' Harmony account. Username: slingboxes Password: password

You might want to give this file a try while you are looking for a harmony user.

You could always buy a learning remote or one of Tommy Tyler's IR widgets ($35) and do it yourself :)
