Nothing to do with the router, it's more likely your Slingbox had just got hung up and doing a reset cleared the blockage. No, not strange, very logical. The Mobile viewers don't use the remote graphic, they have hard-wired generic remote images designed by Sling to cover all devices. Glad it's all sorted, I really should have suggested a reboot of the Slingbox, never crossed my mind.
