Where could I download ?

go to the file section to search. If it's not available, try other Samsung bin in same category (VCR/DVD/TV.....) to see if it works for your device.

I just did a Google search and it appears that the Samsung BD-D5700 is a Blu-ray DVD player:

Most of the Samsung Blu-ray players use the same codeset, so chances are that any one of those upgrades will work, like this one:
