i need a help with a remote Sky HD Brazil

I have a SKY HD in Brazil and this code for this is diferent. I have all this in HEX Code, but i don´t know how i created a new remote. Please help me.

Well if WE had it in hex code, we'd have a much better chance. :lol:

The actual Manufacturer and Model number would help as well, in case we have already built it.
