It seems to me when we were first working on the XMP we had the xmp1 and xmp2 reversed in some early versions. This has been corrected, so I doubt this is happening to you, but could you tell me what the fixed data bytes are on your version of remotemaster?
Hi Vicky,

Sorry being a relative newbie to this I'm not sure how I find out what the Fixed Data bytes is in my Remote Master?

I've looked but have unsuccessfully found nothing that looks like what you’re after. Knowing me I've probably being looking straight at it but missed it!

Cheers Phil
I seemed to have missed this question or I would have pointed this out.

In RM, on the setup page, there is a Fixed Data block that is calculated as you enter device data.

On my copy of RM the fixed data came out to be
2B 0F 44 66 2E 00 40

from your upgrade.

If we all have the same version of protocols.ini this should be what you are seeing as well.

I hope this resolved itself by now.

If not it will be intersting to see your widget results. A widget makes the whole capture procedure a lot easier.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

Hey Vicky,

Thanks for the up date as expected it was right in front of me, my fixed data is the same as yours. I'm not sure what the problem is yet the customer is going to lend me the STB next week so hopefully a resolution will be easier.

Where do I get one of these widgets from?

Cheers

Phil
