I recently got Toshiba DBR-M180 and connected to slingbox. It's a HD/Bluray PVR that is only sold in Japan, but I realized that the remote isn't available.
The new line of Toshiba pvr has a buttons dedicated to changing signals from/to OTA and BS&CS Satellites. If I use the existing remote, I can't between signals.

I can't help I'm afraid as this device is not in the Logitech Harmony database. And now Sling have shut down http://www.remotes.sling.com there is nothing I can recommend except building it yourself. https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=6413
