tutorial on making bin file from harmony database?

I just found out that remotes.slingbox.com is offline.
I can longer use my pro hd to make bin file like before.
The only option for me is to use ir widget.

The experts on this forum seem to be able to generate bin from harmony.
Is there any tutorial on this?
I do have a harmony remote.

The Harmony Remote is simply used so I can install a device without having access to the original remote and learn the codes from that. If you have the original remote then the Harmony is pointless. Tutorial is at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=6413
