I don't think anyone will be able to identify the device from your description. So it's an 8-channel video selector. I'm guessing the brand is "Quadrovisore" and the model "Quad Ciclico".

is't a generic brand made in china. a few weeks ago I created a remote control www.remotes.slingbox.com. I then reset the Slingbox and the web service is down. Now,Is there another way?

If it really is a generic brand, it's going to be impossible for us to look it up anywhere (like in the Harmony database) to see what remote signals it uses.
I don't know how long the Slingbox web service is going to be down. The only other option that I can think of would be for you to mail the original remote to a JP1 user so they can capture the codes.
I'm guessing that you're in Italy and most of us are in the USA. I will see if I can track down any JP1 users in Italy that might be willing to help.
