V2000_PL.bin for Nano 2 and V2000_PL.bin for Koss DVD PLayer

Post by zhong »

I uploaded to Slingbox- V2000_PL.bin which works for Nano 2, but after I upload V2000_PL.bin for my Koss DVD Player. The virtual Nano 2 remote won't work anymore and Koss DVD Player will work and vice versa.

How can I keep remotes so they will both work without having to load the
other different V2000_PL.bin all the time when I wish to use it.

Thanks.

Both files have the same name, so one would overlay the other. If you created the files yourself, give the second one a different code name. If you just downloaded them and don't know how to create them or modify them yourself, you'll need to seek help.

Could some one please modify one of the files so it can have different code name, so can use both ?
Why do they make/post the bin files all identical bin file name if they are for different remotes ?

These are the two files here-

The Koss DVD file-

There are only 47 possible codes for unsupported devices and thousands of different devices, so we have no choice.
