You have two identical devices. The CBL one without the colored button assignments is taking precedence over the SAT one with the colored buttons. You need to delete the one you don't need. Since setup codes for device upgrades you add yourself are arbitrary, I suggest you use different codes for each. Otherwise, it's very confusing.

You have 3 upgrades in that file that all have the same setup code, and two of them use the same device type (ie. CBL/SAT). One of the CBL/SAT upgrades has all the wrong information in it.

So, here's what I did, I deleted all the upgrades and re-added the Coolsat 6000 upgrade. The RMIR file is in the zip below, along with the RMDU file that I created for the upgrade itself, so you can see which buttons I used for the various functions. I put the coloured buttons on the coloured buttons on the remote, and I put any leftover functions on the A/B/C/D keys.

Many many thanks to all you guys for great assistance.
The 7550 is almost working proprely. All the number buttons work well the coloured buttons all work except for red !( go figure). The direction keys all work but seem to replicate the channel change and volume buttons. Crucially the satellite button works so I canuse the box.
Once again many many thanks I owe you all a beer !
Tony
