I have an Apple TV remote with 7 buttons on.
Up, Down, Left, Right, Select, Menu, Play/Pause.
The upgrade files posted here must refer to a different remote as they include some other functions also. Perhaps an earlier version of this product?
I have learned this remote with an IR Widget and get the following results.
Protocol=Apple Device=238.135
no repeat:PairID=161
Up: OBC=5
Down: OBC=6
Left: OBC=4
Right: OBC=3
Menu: OBC=1
Select: OBC=46
OBC=2
Play/Pause OBC=47
OBC=2
As you can see the Select and Play/Pause buttons have two parts.
If I export from IRScope the resulting Pronto Hex all works except for Select and Play/Pause. (out of interest ... select OBC 46 will select menu items but not make status changes to those items)
The Apple protocol in Remote Master will not generate any useable commands with my URC7781. In fact the IR receive indicator on the Apple TV box won't even flash in response.
How can I combine the 2 codes to get single Select and Play commands?
Hope someone can help with this one too.

The Apple protocol in protocols.ini only has code for the Samsung micros, while your 7781 is a Motorola HCS08. I'm a litle surprised that RMIR allowed you to even try to use it.
This thread, especially the last two pages has useful information. As described there one way to get the two signals is to incorporate them into a 2 button press macro.
There is also a XMBC/Apple thread which has various protocol executors, including HCS08. You can find these in the Protocols file section. You should be able to find one of the 4 which meets your needs.
